1. All Sales Are Final
Due to health, hygiene, and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetic, skincare, or topical products, whether opened or unopened.
This policy helps ensure that all customers receive products that are new, unused, and uncompromised.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to receive your order in perfect condition.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

Once verified, we will provide one of the following solutions:

Damage reported after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as long as they have not begun processing or shipping.
Once an order is being prepared or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us, we can re-ship it at the customer’s expense.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order shows as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for:

Theft after delivery
However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
6. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities
Because every individual’s skin responds differently, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to allergic reactions or sensitivity.
We encourage customers to review all ingredients prior to purchase and consult with a licensed provider if they have concerns.
7. Returns Without Authorization
Any products returned to us without prior written approval from The Cosmetic Laser Room will not be refunded or returned to the customer.
