Give Your Sexual Health a Big Boost
Emsella in Apple Valley, MN
For far too many women, aging means leaking when you want to be dry, and being dry when a little lubrication would make things far more enjoyable. But urinary incontinence and similar problems impact men, too! A weak pelvic floor causing sexual health issues is a great equalizer. If you’re ready to strengthen your pelvic floor, relieve urinary incontinence, and improve sex, you’re ready to experience Emsella in Apple Valley, MN.
How it Works
Emsella uses HIFEM (high frequency electromagnetic) energy to stimulate muscle contractions in your pelvic floor. It is entirely noninvasive and comfortable—all you have to do is sit in the Emsella chair and relax throughout your treatment!

Preparing for Emsella
Pregnant women cannot receive Emsella treatments. We also cannot schedule treatments while you’re menstruating.
We can’t perform Emsella if you have any metal implants, a copper IUD, a pacemaker, or any other electronic implants.
No, Emsella is not painful! You’ll experience a tingling sensation and muscle contractions during the treatment, but it’s not considered uncomfortable.
Many of our clients see improvement in symptoms after a single Emsella session. The results typically continue to improve over the next few weeks. You will need maintenance treatments to upkeep your pelvic floor muscle, and this will be different for each client.
