Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Once approved, we will send a replacement, store credit, or refund (if a replacement is unavailable).

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour if they have not begun processing.
