Sophie comes to us with over five years as a Certified Personal Trainer as of 2023, and is a knowledgable Phlebotomist. She’s recently received her certification as Certified Nutrition Coach.
Sophie runs our Private Medical Gym consisting of Personal Training and Nutrition, along with Emsculpt Neo & Emsella, as she’s the guru in these areas!
Fun facts about Sophie, she grew up dancing and racing motocross! Yes, motocross. She holds national championships in both! This experience helps Sophie understand training the athlete and being the athlete that is training.
She still teaches dance during the evenings and hits the tracks on the weekends to race and enjoy time with good friends. Spending time with her nieces and nephews gives her joy!
Her favorite treatments are Emsculpt Neo, hydrafacial, and lip filler.
